2024 Junior Camp

4-H Junior Camp for Essex County will be held June 17th-June 21st at the Jamestown 4-H Educational Center. Essex County will be camping with Middlesex and Gloucester counties. Camp registration will open on February 1st. Camp is open for campers ages 9-13, counselors-in-training who are at least age 13, and teen counselors ages 14-18.

The Jamestown 4-H Educational Center’s 4-H Junior Camp includes activities in boating, swimming, creative arts, athletics, shooting sports, nature, adventure, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) programs with teen leadership. The Jamestown 4-H Educational Center is American Camp Association accredited. All camp staff and volunteers are carefully selected and trained before camp.
